Open Workday: Barton Creek Greenbelt invasive tree drag-away!

Saturday, January 29th, 2022 from 9:00am to 12:00pm (CT)

About

Join your neighbors and fellow park lovers as we give back at the Barton Creek Greenbelt! APF is partnering with the Texas Conservation Corps to improve the health of the greenbelt by removing harmful invasive trees. We need volunteers help in dragging the down trees back to the trailhead. The work will be physical in nature, but essential as the TXCC crews have a limited time window to work before the Golden Cheeked Warbler mating season. Please join us for a fun day of learning, planning and executing!

We'll bring gloves and tools, you'll just need to bring your own mask and water. You can park at Barton Springs and we'll meet at the trailhead. Looking forward to working with y'all, thanks so much!
